Customer Acknowledges:
Customer acknowledges that TAG Gun Shop and Thomas Sporting Arms are trade names of Thomas Auction Group, LLC and any reference to Thomas Sporting Arms, TAG or TAG Gun Shop is also a reference to Thomas Auction Group, LLC. Customer agrees that any credit card charges will be in the name of TAG Gun Shop or Thomas Auction Group, LLC.
Customer Affirms:
TAG Gun Shop does not ship outside the continental United States. While TAG Gun Shop makes every effort to keep up with other states’ laws and regulations, we don’t always know your states requirements. You must understand your states laws and regulations before purchasing from us. The regulations listed per state below may not be current and could change.
The following additional restrictions apply:
We cannot ship ammunition to PO boxes.
All firearms ship to FFL's.
AK/HI/P.R./V.I.: No online ammunition sales.
CA: We can ship to companies in CA registered as a FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL on file. No Magazines over 10 Rounds.
CT: We require state issued pistol permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate AND driver’s license faxed or scanned and emailed to us and on file BEFORE we can ship your ammunition order.
FL: State requires buyers of all firearms to be at least 21 years old.
IL: We can ship to companies in Cook County IL registered as a FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to [email protected]. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL. All other areas in IL require FOID faxed or scanned and emailed to us and on file BEFORE we can ship ammunition.
MA: We can ship to companies in MA registered as a FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to [email protected]. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL.
MD: No magazines over 10 rounds.
NJ: We require firearms/ammunition ID card faxed or scanned and emailed to us on file before we can ship your order. No magazines over 10 rounds.
NY: We will not ship ammunition to NY residents. We can ship to companies in NY registered as a FFL. A background check is required at the time of pick-up at your FFL dealer. We will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to [email protected]. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL. No magazines over 10 rounds.
VT: No handgun magazines over 15 rounds. No long gun magazines over 10 rounds.
Washington DC: No shipping.
We do not ship to any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship a product.
Order Cancellation by TAG Gun Shop
TAG Gun Shop reserves the right to cancel any order. In the event that we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount of the purchase.
Returns & Exchanges for Ammunition
No returns on new firearms nor ammunition. We allow a 3-day return policy on used firearms from the date the gun is received by your FFL dealer. We must receive the firearm and inspect it before we will issue a full refund. Please make sure you inspect the gun as quickly as possible after your FFL receives it and test it for functionality. Our store inspects, cleans, and if needed, test fires all firearms before we sell them.
Release of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify and Defend
TAG Gun Shop is a retailer of dangerous products. By placing an order with TAG Gun Shop, I explicitly agree to release TAG Gun Shop from any and all liability arising from or related to the products purchased to include but not limited to the use of the product, the storage of the product, and the transportation of the product. I also acknowledge that I alone am responsible for how the product is used by me and by any other party.
Errors and Omissions
While TAG Gun Shop makes every effort to have accurate and complete information on our site, including but not limited to pricing, availability, and product features, we occasionally make mistakes. Customer agrees that they will not hold TAG Gun Shop liable for such mistakes or omissions and acknowledges that orders may be canceled after the fact due to errors or omissions.

- By selling or delivering ammunition or a firearm to me or my selected Federal Firearms Licensed Store (FFL), TAG Gun Shop is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
- I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of law of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over a year.
- I am not a fugitive from justice of any kind.
- I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
- I have not been adjudicated as mentally ill and I have not been committed to any mental institution of any kind.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
- I have never been, nor am I expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions of any kind.
- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
- I am currently not subject to any restraining order.
- I have never been, nor am I expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence.
